"President Buhari moved into Aso Rock today (Sunday) around 6 pm," said the source.
Mr. Buhari had returned from his hometown, Daura, yesterday after handing over his farm and businesses to his son, Yusuf Buhari.
Another presidential aide told SaharaReporters that the Nigerian president plans to have a full day of work tomorrow, including a number of meetings with permanent secretaries from the ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs.
Our sources also said that the president was likely to announce the names of as many as 15 aides early this week.
Since his inauguration on May 29, 2015, President Buhari had stayed at the Defense House in Abuja.
One of his aides told SaharaReporters that the reason for the president's decision to operate out of the Defense House was to enable renovations to be completed at the Aso Rock Villa.
