50 Cent has officially expanded his G-Unit roster as the veteran rapper and certified Twitter comic hasnoffered actor Rotimi a record deal. Currently playing Dre in the season of the Starz series Power
alongside Curtis himself, the New Jersey native is also known for starring in Boss, Divergent, Imperial Dreams and more.
Coinciding with the announcement, Rotimi liberated an upgraded version of his 2014 track “Lotto,” with 50 delivering two verses. The track jumped to No. 1 on the real-time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart almost immediately after its release.
Earlier this week, both artists stopped by The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 where Rotimi introduced himself and together they touched on handful of topics, including Power running for seven seasons.
