Nicki Minaj praised Kanye for giving her an “amazing opportunity” to be featured on “Monster.”
During a lecture at Oxford University
earlier this week, Kanye West praised Nicki Minaj for her memorable guest verse on “Monster.”
He told a crowd filled with students andvUniversity administrators that Nicki was “one of the most memorable things about My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” and
that she kicked his ass on his own song.
“To come back and deliver my magnum opus of a work, and to be outshined…to be
beat by a girl, basically,” he said at thebtime. “This was necessary. I think it was one of the most important points of working on that album, was to not stop her
from her moment because of how good she is.”
